The lake is the physical manifestation of my energetic signature but the sky represents myself without limitations. The sky is the ascended aspect of myself, always guiding and directing; showing the way. You have physical manifestations of your soul expressions too, you call them “bodies”. They are your expression for this physical experience but they’re not the whole of you, the entirety. The entirety of you could never fit into a body or the entire physical experience, even the entire planet. Even those vast physical bodies like planets aren’t big enough to contain the entirety of your consciousnesses. This is why most of you is non-physical, pure consciousness. Even when your bodies transform into 5th dimensional light bodies, you will have lots of experiences where you travel to places and locations that you’ve never even heard of at this time. Your bodies are sacred and you should treat them as the lovely vessels that they are. You will have them for a long time, so take care of them with lots of foods that contain a high amount of light: fruits and vegetables, edible flowers, honey, grains, and of course, water. Water is the lifeblood that nourishes your body and helps keep it operating at a high vibration. You might try infusing Quartz crystals in water. Clear quartz, rose quartz, and smoky quartz are recommended. Only use Quartz, no other stones. Quartz comes from the earth but is clear and pure.
